
The main issue is that no doubt I would guess that the wired room thermostat is in the hallway with no live or neutral feed if this is the case then you will not be able to wired the hive receiver where the current room stat is. If you have a multimeter you can check the wired thermostat to see what one is the live (Common) Now even when the radiators arent on its the time dial isnt moving. When I looked the time was stuck at four hours before. I only noticed when it switched onto heat the radiators supposedly for an hour and they were still pumping out heat over 4 hours later.

The wired thermostat is this 240v or low voltage 24v, if it is 240v then you can use the live from this to go to the common and then the return from the old thermostat will connect to the call for heat from the Hive.ġ Common live from boiler (this is what go to the current wired thermostat)ģ Call for heat (NO) back to the boiler. My timer, on my combi boiler (Glow Worm 24ci) is now not working.
